Refund and Exchange Policy:

Due to the nature of products and services provided, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on extensions and wigs that do not fit properly due to choosing incorrect size, if the color is not to your liking, or if you decide you no longer like/ want the product. All Sales are final.
